As of 4/22/2025, we will be temporarily pausing new patient enrollments from all commercial insurances.

We have made a commitment to continue to support publicly-funded and subsidized patients, including Medicare, NY Medicaid, and Essential Plan patients who have more limited options for access to care, so those enrollments will continue for now. The single exception to this are patients who have Emblem Health HIP plans (City of New York) — those enrollments will also continue for now.

All other prospective patients who get their insurance through their employers (typically Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, etc. or who buy any metal-level plan off the exchange) will be placed on a wait list for new patient appointments.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we are nearing capacity at this practice. We will likely open up enrollment again later in the year.
